Night Shift Device Support
What is the problem?
Device will not turn on
If the battery is completely dead, the device will not turn on. Please fully charge the device and press the on/off button for 1 second. If the device still does not turn on, click here to submit a support ticket.
Battery is draining too quickly
On average, a full charge should last 3 nights. However, the amount of time the device is vibrating will directly affect the battery consumption. Users that spend more than 10 mins on their back each night will need to charge the device more often.
Device is not charging
This is most often a problem with a bad cable rather than a problem with the Night Shift battery. The Night Shift can be charged with any standard USB cable. Please try to charge the device with a different cable.
Device turning off during night less than 10 hours
This may be caused by a low battery or accidental press of the power button during sleep. To prevent the battery from draining during use, the device must be charged at least once every 3 nights. If you believe you may accidentally be turning the device off during sleep, click here to contact us for assistance.
Damaged USB Port
A damaged USB port can prevent the device from charging properly. Use of the device should be discontinued. This type of damage is not covered under warranty.
Device turning off during night greater than 10 hours
To conserve the battery and increase the accuracy of your report, the Night Shift automatically turns off after 10 hours. If you need to change the setting to 12 hours instead of 10 hours on the Computer portal, click here for instructions. If you need to change the setting on the Mobile app, click here for instructions.
