What is the problem with the device?

Lights (LEDs) do not work

If the battery is completely dead, the LEDs will not turn on. Please fully charge the device and press the on/off button for 1 second. If the LEDs still do not turn on, click here to submit a support ticket.

Liquid or water damage

Use of the device should be discontinued. This type of damage is not covered under warranty.

Power button issue

If the battery is completely dead, the device will not turn on. Please fully charge the device and press the on/off button for 1 second. If the device still does not turn on, click here to submit a support ticket.

Other physical damage

ABM warranties the Product to be free from defects in workmanship and to be in a condition suitable for normal use. Damage resulting from improper use will not be covered under warranty and no servicing will be provided. More information found here: Warranty Information

Damaged USB port

Use of the device should be discontinued. This type of damage is not covered under warranty.
